## Job description

岗位职责
- 挖掘业务问题和痛点，完善用户体验，通过数据分析为业务决策、产品方向、运营策略提供数据支持，并根据数据分析结果为产品的改进提出合理化建议；
- 分析用户投资全路径，找到用户流失节点及原因，匹配有效的预警机制和挽回行动，增加用户粘性；
- 负责关于部门目标预算的测算、分解及追踪；
- 数据库定期维护、业务系统及需求对接和测试，底层业务逻辑梳理；
- 建立、维护和优化日常业务追踪体系，确保各类追踪数据的准确性，完整性和及时性。 任职资格
- 三年以上互联网金融数据分析经验，有丰富的数据驱动业务的实战经验；
- 逻辑思维能力强，善于挖掘各类数据分析；
- 性格稳重、工作态度积极主动，良好的沟通能力，有一定抗压能性；
- 熟悉基本办公软件，精通EXCEL与PPT。
