## Job description

岗位职责 长沙重客一部管理责任人，重客一部存量规模10503万，主要立足基础设施建设、先进制造、能源电力、能源矿产等传统行业赛道，深耕长沙央企、省属国企、大型基建平台企业，依托现有存量核心客户，做强存量，拓展增量。 （1）战略执行：重点服务点名客户与央国企，建立专属服务机制，推动“总对总”

### 合作落地，实现客户价值共创； （2）客户经营

主导点名客户、央国企客户全生命周期管理，提供定制化保险方案，提升客户粘性与续保率，同时拓展大客户企康业务； （3）团队管理：管理专业化销售团队，推动团队增员、培训与高潜人才培养； （4）业务创新：探索产业链保险新模式，推动与平台、政府等外部机构的战略合作； （5）合规风控：确保展业行为合法合规，防范风险，提升客户满意度。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险行业＞3年管理工作经验
- 具备行业市场分析、统筹规划和落地能力
- 政企资源型、专业型人才优先
