## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责制定并执行分公司团体保险业务发展战略，统筹拓展央企、国企等战略客户与直销渠道，整合内外部资源。
- 全面负责销售团队的组建、目标制定、绩效考核与人才培养，打造高效专业团队。
- 主导重点客户的开拓、维护及大型项目的招投标、方案设计、谈判与落地。
- 优化渠道与客户管理流程，提升客户满意度与续保率；负责预算与资源配置，达成成本可控的业务增长。
- 整合集团医疗健康与保险资源，打造差异化产品优势；分析市场动态，提出创新业务与产品策略。 任职资格 1、40岁以下优先，本科及以上学历优先； 2、8年以上团体保险、大客户销售管理经验，具备大型项目成功运作经验，拥有央国企等客户资源者优先； 3、熟悉天津及周边市场，具备行业洞察与资源整合能力优先； 4、具有出色的战略规划、团队搭建、谈判和抗压能力优先。
