## Job description

岗位职责 1．承接维护分行私行客户，建立和维护高净值客户群，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度； 2．通过MGM和自拓增加私行客户，促进潜力客户升级； 3．对接和支持寿险家族传承办公室会员，为会员推荐的高净值客户提供全方位的银行服务； 4．以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划，做好客户的风险偏好、财务状况评估，向客户推荐合适的产品； 5．全方面满足客户需求，开展交叉销售，以资产配置方式向客户销售银行和集团各子公司金融产品，促进客户升级； 6．贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、2年以上金融相关工作经验，熟悉国内及全球资本市场和投资产品，了解证券、基金、理财、保险产品，具有资质配置与财富管理理念和相应技能； 3、具有较强的执行、沟通协调、团队合作能力； 4、职业操守良好，优秀的个人形象，卓越的表达能力，风险合规意识强，无违法违纪行为 5、具有基金从业资格
