## Job description

岗位职责
- 客户保单的维护工作，客户咨询和答疑；
- 新保险契约合同材料的受理，初审，扫描，交接，整理，归档；
- 柜面客户保全材料的受理、初审、扫描和业务数据统计与汇报；
- 客户理赔案件进行协谈、通知、申诉处理等； 任职资格 1.全日制大学本科及以上学历，保险、医学等相关专业优先； 2.2年以上人身险公司保单、柜面和客户服务工作经验； 3.综合质素优秀，细心，具备良好的客户服务能力和沟通能力。
