## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与产品核保与报价，提供产品知识培训及销售技能提升培训；
- 参与并协助目标市场调研，参与制定销售策略；
- 制定并提供产品销售指引，协助销售进行业务拓展及维护；
- 建立机构各类业绩指标体系，审核指标目标值，搭建数据分析体系，跟踪指标达成情况；
- 为业务发展提供准确有效的监控和及时的异常预警，并完成分析报告。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数据、精算、计算机相关专业优先；
- 积极的工作态度，高度的责任心，有吃苦耐劳的精神；
- 较强的学习理解能力及逻辑分析能力，良好的沟通协调和团队合作能力；
- 具备市场研究、经营分析、数据分析等经历优先。
