## Job description

岗位职责
- 监管规定与公司制度贯彻落实及细化规则制定；
- 中介合作管理、中介系统管理；
- 落实队伍及业务管理风险点排查及整改；
- 队伍合规能力培养及提升；
- 其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具备1年以上的保险从业经验优先，具有中介或合规管理工作经验优先；
- 掌握中介管理相关法规、制度相关专业知识及相关管理操作技能；
- 具有较强的沟通、学习能力。
