## Job description

岗位职责

### 数据统计与分析
- 负责产品日常业务数据的收集、整理、统计，输出数据报表；跟踪产品核心指标，对数据波动进行拆解分析，挖掘业务问题与潜在机会，输出数据分析简报，为产品决策提供数据支撑；

### 业务反馈收集处置
- 收集客户经理及业务侧问题反馈，协助解决相关问题；

### 制度规范落地推进
- 负责严格执行总、分行业务操作制度、流程及相关产品规范落实工作等。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业功底
- 熟练使用excel工具，熟练制作PPT；了解零售信贷业务优先，具备良好沟通协调能力，工作严谨务实；

### 合规要求
- 不在处罚期内、近3年内无无警告及以上处罚、无在途处罚、无监管转办的投诉案件。
