## Job description

### 岗位职责 1．业务分部管理

规划与组织业务分部保费计划的完成； 并对各项业务指标的达成负责，对业务经理队伍进行辅导及日常 管理； 2．产品支持：统筹协调复杂类产品、大项目中产品方、渠道方各类人员、资源支持； 3．渠道关系维护：负责所辖业务分部的融合渠道关系维护； 4．上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1.40周岁以下； 2.大学本科及以上学历，优秀者可宽至专科学历； 3.能够熟练应用办公软件； 4.5 年及以上保险销售管理或相关工作经验，有寿渠推动经验的优先； 5.擅长人际沟通，具备一定的辅导培训及市场策划能力，具有较强的沟通协调与业务推动能力
