## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责APP/小程序增长产品规划迭代，覆盖拉新促活留存转化；
- 设计活动平台、裂变、会员权益等增长类产品功能方案；
- 优化保险投保、支付等交易链路，提升下单转化与保费；
- 搭建增长埋点与指标体系，基于数据持续迭代产品能力；
- 落实保险监管合规，平衡产品增长效果与业务风险管控。 任职资格
- 本科及以上，5年以上C端产品经验，金融保险优先；
- 独立输出产品原型，完整跟进需求到上线全流程工作；
- 做过活动、裂变、会员或交易链路优化相关产品项目；
- 具备数据敏感度，可通过漏斗数据驱动产品迭代优化；
- 熟悉保险线上业务，具备基础金融产品合规风险意识；
- 良好跨部门沟通，对齐多方诉求，保障项目高效落地。
