## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责督办或直接介入指导各分公司、集中作业中心的投诉处理；
- 负责对投诉进行结案审核，审核不通过的案件退回处理或直接介入指导；
- 负责定义投诉有效性，清晰衡量业务品质并及时追责；
- 负责追踪投诉处理时效，并督办分公司、集中作业中心加急处理超时案件；
- 严格执行公司政策，完成领导交办的其它工作； 任职资格 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，双证齐全; 2. 3年及以上客户服务、投诉处理或法律合规相关工作经验； 3. 银行、互联网金融、融资担保公司等金融类机构工作背景； 4. 有较强的逻辑思维能力，及较强的沟通、协调、谈判能力； 熟练使用常用办公软件.
