## Job description

岗位职责 1.1、贯彻公司经营方针，制定日常工作规划及汇报，部门内员工的培训及监督管理工作； 2、负责对公司业务的初审、录入、扫描、复核、保全、理赔进行监督审核； 3、负责对客户申诉、争议案件的处理； 4、负责保单业务的咨询，解答及反馈； 2.1、对接总公司运营管理部的相关工作； 2、与各家分公司及外部单位的运营工作对接、数据核对、流程梳理； 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.3-5年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力
