## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责农业保险政策、资源、综合金融、扶贫资源研究管理；
- 负责整体农业保险发展策略制定及发展规划；
- 负责推动支持农业保险招标工作；
- 负责农网建设及规划，搭建农村保险销售服务网络；
- 负责制定分公司农村综合金融及扶贫发展策略；
- 负责推动分公司落实农村综合金融及涉农保险发展规划； 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，并符合优才院校要求，个别具有丰富政保经验或资源的人员，可适当放宽对优才院校的要求，农业、金融管理、保险、气象遥感、精算、财务、数理统计、工科、计算机、大数据管理或相近专业；
- 从农险、数据、科技、企划、精算、机构销售等相关工作3年及以上，有机构销售经验优先，特别优秀人才可放宽招聘条件；
- 具有一定组织推动能力、良好的沟通协作能力；
- 熟悉农险险发展策略，熟悉政府招投标流程；
- 特别优秀人才，经分公司总经理室同意后，并报总部审批同意后，可放宽招聘条件。
