## Job description

岗位职责
- 开拓并维护外部渠道进行批量获客和直营拓客；
- 进行相关贷款业务经办承接和贷后管理；
- 聚焦商机营销、存量客户经营和贷后服务；
- 维护客户关系、提升客户粘度，确保业务品质及合规服务，防范业务风险；
- 作为第一道防线配合反洗钱等工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有 1 年以上银行贷款相关工作经验，业务资源丰富；
- 具备较强的市场营销能力，沟通及表达能力佳，良好的抗压能力和团队协作能力；
- 良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录。
