## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责租赁住房行业发展与研究，包括政策发布、资本动向、大宗交易、重点城市市场量价等
- 负责行业头部企业、典型项目定期交流访谈与价值提炼等
- 负责项目市场研究、定位、定价及运营方案制定等协同投资团队推进项目研判
- 推进支持拟投项目路演、预沟通/投决汇报
- 投前/投后经营指标研判体系制及动态检视与优化 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，标杆房企总部3年以上运营管理经验，有财务背景者优先
- 熟悉长租公寓社区各环节运营管理；
- 出色的数据分析、沟通表达能力和拓展精神。
