## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责处理客户咨询，提供专业的解答和建议;
- 解决客户在使用产品或服务过程中遇到的问题;
- 推广公司产品或服务，挖掘潜在客户需求;
- 维护客户关系，提升客户满意度和忠诚度;
- 收集客户反馈，协助优化产品或服务;
- 完成销售目标，推动业务增长。 任职资格
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识;
- 有相关销售或客户服务工作经验者优先;
- 熟悉公司产品或服务，具备一定的产品知识;
- 具备较强的时间管理能力和多任务处理能力;
- 具备良好的语言表达能力和倾听能力。
