## Job description

岗位职责
- 本科及以上学历，保险、市场营销、互联网、广告传媒等专业
- 具备保险销售经验，寿险、经纪公司、中介公司、互联网保险相关工作经验者优先
- 熟悉微信公众号、抖音、快手等线上传播媒体工具者优先
- 具备较强的创新精神、开拓精神、抗压能力、资源协调能力
- 具备较强的沟通交流能力，有较强的感染力和人格感染力 任职资格
- 同业等新团队的挖掘及新渠道的开拓，发展壮大现有代理人的队伍
- 现有微信群的维护，日常软文、方案宣导等各类图文的制作及推广
- 新产品、保险观念等各类课件的制作，线上培训、直播等方式实现代理人业务技能的提升
- 相关契约、保全问题件的沟通和追踪
