## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分行公文管理，包括公文草拟、流转及存档。
- 负责分行大中型会议的组织安排；
- 负责分行商务接待以及公关活动；
- 负责职场管理及资产登记管理等工作；
- 负责重点工作的督办管理；
- 完成上级主管交办的各项工作。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；具备银行等金融机构行政工作经验者优先，行政管理、文秘专业优先；
- 对行政工作有全面深刻的认识，有责任心，能吃苦耐劳，有服务意识，能承受一定的工作压力；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力，以及团队合作精神；
- 具备较强文字表达能力者优先；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法及金融违规记录。
