## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助部门负责人，组织开展部门例会、人员培训等日常管理动作；
- 对部门的重点项目，进行有效的督办和检视，保障项目顺利落地；
- 针对部门需要完成的重要工作，将工作落实到人，并及时完成工作汇总。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有PMO项目组工作经验者优先；
- 性格阳光开朗，擅长沟通，有一定组织能力；
- 熟练使用各类办公工具，有较好的文字功底；
- 遵守金融从业相关法律法规，有良好的职业道德和敬业精神。
