## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定分行公司业务产品的发展规划，市场调研，客户需求分析，提出营销策略；
- 提供与公司业务产品相关的营销支持，为分行公司业务客户提供产品方案、咨询服务；
- 安排公司业务产品的推广，组织、策划、实施市场推广方案；
- 负责分行公司业务产品培训。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、财务、经济管理专业优先；
- 具有5年以上银行工作经验，其中3年以上银行公司业务产品经理或对公客户经理从业经验；
- 具备良好的公司业务基础知识和产品运用能力；
- 具有较强的学习能力，逻辑思维清晰，具有较强的团队意识和协调能力；
- 具备良好的职业操守，风险意识强，无不良从业纪录。
