## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接和维护支行分层经营的移交客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度，支行的贵宾理财经理应定期将钻石及以上客户移交给分行钻石客户经理和私行金融顾问经营；
- 通过MGM和自拓增加财富客户，促进潜力客户升级；以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值；促进客户升级；
- 积极配合和参与财富团队管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融学等相关专业优先； 2、1年以及上相关工作经验； 3、具备基金从业资格证书； 4、持有AFP、CFP等相关证照优先。
