## Job description

岗位职责

### 医院开拓
- 百强及三甲医院的医疗资源开拓及合作流程梳理、院端宣导等工作；

### 院端运营
- 已合作医院日常运营维护；

### 项目管理
- 医院深度合作推进，包括产品设计、上线推动，项目方案设计、立项、落地推动等； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有3年以上医疗、保险行业从业经验；
- 品行端正，较强的商业谈判能力、沟通协调能力，且勇于接受挑战；
- 有健康险产品开发定价经验，熟悉就医流程；
- 有医院开拓经验及相关资源 、有项目管理或产品设计相关经验 ，抗压能力强 6，有良好的数据分析处理能力，并熟练掌握PPT、Excel技能，具备沟通协调能力；
