## Job description

岗位职责
- 属地经纪人增员，存量经纪人业务推动。
- 制定分公司预算规划，推动公司合规经营
- 经纪人培训规划与培训项目落地
- 消保政策制定与落地
- 属地监管沟通与监管政策落实 任职资格
- 经济学门类-金融学类-金融学、经济学门类-金融学类-保险学、经济学门类-金融学类-互联网金融相关专业，本科以上学历，在金融-保险行业，有5-10年机构负责人工作经验，30-40岁以下，
- 担任销售管理、培训与发展、分支机构管理，带领过5人以上团队。
- 熟悉办公软件-Office软件-EXCEL、办公软件-Office软件-PPT、产品规划-需求管理-需求分析、风险类技能-法律知识-合同法，具备保险销售、基金销售人员从业资格更佳。
