## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助业务部总监，进行团队管理包括不限于应收续保、激励考核等过程管理。
- 业务部业绩指标追踪、管理、数据通报等。
- 业务部日常行政工作。
- 上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1．本科及以上学历。 2．具有较强的渠道管理、业务管理、企划分析能力。 3．具有完善的办公软件操作能力，熟练运用PPT、EXCEL、WORD等工具。
