## Job description

岗位职责
- 具备私人财富业务的丰富经验；
- 具备私行财富相关工作经历，原则上不超过40周岁，具备中台推动部门负责人工作经验者优先；
- 了解业务队伍，熟悉银保产品，能领悟并执行新银保战略；
- 原则性强，具有较强的敬业精神以及较好的逻辑思维、团队管理和沟通协调能力；善于学习和接受新事物，敢于创新和挑战；
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。 任职资格
- 负责完成分行私行财富条线的收入、规模、获客指标；
- 负责银保高绩效经营；
- 负责赋能经营；
- 负责财富队伍建设；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
