## Job description

岗位职责
- 系统部署过程中对码、规则设置调整，系统升级需求提起。
- 结合精算管理手段对医保的医疗费用和基金支出情况进行深入精准分析，从疾病、药品、医疗机构、器材、参保人等多维度着手，从多角度挖掘各种数据变化规律和发展趋势，识别、分析医保结算数据和院端相关数据的支付风险与违规行为。
- 问题上报与沟通。
- 领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上,医学、计算机、财务相关专业，有医保合署办公经验及相关工作经验者优先。
- 具有保险运营或医疗行业工作经验。
- 有社保，卫生部门/同业理赔、医疗支持、医保、合署办公经验或三年该行业工作经验者优先。
- 熟练使用office软件。
- 沟通协调能力，有较强的逻辑思维能力。
