## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责推动全国代理商业务开展，推动落实全国业务指标达成；负责渠道业务的开拓；
- 建立和制定渠道维护标准，统一中心渠道管理归口，定期检视与优化，明确管理机制；
- 推动客户外部渠道总对总对接，完成框架协议签署与业务导入；

### 业务落地与推进
- 成功实现渠道业务的客户导流，形成实质性连续推进；
- 负责策划及参与渠道合作活动，实现渠道业务的新产品及新模式合作的落地与推广。 任职资格
- 过往具备银行、保险高客资源者，或具备大客户开发经验、行业推广经验、大型合作签署经验者更佳，具备行业渠道开拓及管理经验均可；
- 具备渠道开拓能力，有丰富的谈判技巧、渠道管理经验；
- 具备商务谈判、独立的市场开拓能力。
