## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司企业微信生态体系规划与搭建，涵盖企微工作台、运营管理后台等全模块的产品设计与迭代规划。
- 结合公司业务场景，挖掘业务痛点与需求，输出完整的产品方案、原型图、需求文档，推动企微功能落地、保障功能贴合业务实际需求。
- 负责企微相关数据指标体系搭建，监控客户增长、留存、触发等核心数据，通过数据复盘驱动产品迭代与业务优化。
- 联合运营、技术等团队，推进企微相关产品功能落地。收集一线业务反馈，持续优化产品体验与业务流程，解决各位产品问题。
- 上级领导安排的其他工作事项 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上互联网产品经理工作经验。 2、拥有企业微信生态产品搭建经验，熟悉企业微信产品逻辑、开放平台接口、生态规则要求。 3、axure、xmind等常用产品工具。 4、熟悉前后端产品逻辑，能够高效对接研发团队，推动需求落地。具备较强的项目推进与跨部门协同能力。 5、工作严谨负责、执行力强，具备优秀的沟通协调能力
