## Job description

岗位职责
- 以达成机构经纪KPI及团队KPI为核心目标，制定业务开拓与发展规划，负责机构经纪总部直销团队的组建、骨干培育、市场开拓、业绩督导与风险控制等工作。
- 组织团队落实外部市场私募/公募/银行/理财子等金融机构与资方的业务开拓，挖掘商机，为目标客群提供适配的服务解决方案，促进业务落地，达成KPI。
- 负责团队所辖客户的服务与经营，稳固客群，深化MGM，提升团队整体交易性资产、交易市占率、收入等。
- 按部门管理要求与安排，完成各项业务协同、项目建设、合规管理等工作。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，具备3年及以上券商、银行、信托、私募等机构业务推动与业务团队管理等工作经验，具备证券从业资格。
- 具备较强的业务开拓实力、团队协作精神与组织协调能力，具备开拓精神与抗压能力。
- 具备队伍资源、机构客户及项目资源者优先。
