## Job description

岗位职责
- 对支行的各项业务负责，合理制定达成支行业务目标的具体工作计划并有效实施；
- 统筹好厅堂主管、柜员、理财服务经理、贵宾理财经理、综拓经理、个贷客户经理等各岗位角色，通过有效的日常管理与辅导训练，带领团队成员完成业务发展目标；
- 作为支行案件防控、安全保卫、信息安全、消保工作的第一责任人，同时对监管检查及处罚负责，协调处理客户投诉，贯彻合规及风险控制要求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 五年以上银行或金融行业从业经验，两年以上一线销售经验，市场开拓及服务营销能力强，熟悉银行各种金融产品及相关业务；
- 具有商业敏感度，善于发现商机；工作责任心强，具有优秀的市场开拓、客户服务和营销推动能力；善于组建、激励销售队伍；
- 无行业不良记录及违法违规行为。
