## Job description

岗位职责
- 分公司农险理赔管理制度的制定、实施、培训工作；
- 监控分公司农险理赔经营指标达成情况，对异常指标提供整改意见并跟踪落实；
- 指导分支机构开展农险理赔工作，机构农险案件审核，重大赔案现场处理；
- 负责机构农险理赔合规工作的开展；
- 配合落实防灾减灾工作，负责灾情、疫情数据统计及上报
- 农险专业团队的队伍搭建及管理。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，理工农专业，农学专业优先，有农村生活经验者优先，具有农险理赔工作经验者优先；
- 了解农险市场规则、政策法规、承保理赔实务等相关知识；
- 具有较强的项目推动能力；
- 具有良好的沟通能力和文字表达能力；
- 具有一定的归纳能力、组织能力，工作认真、仔细；
- 持有C照，能独立驾驶小型汽车。
