## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责集团AI-ESG系统、、集团CN-ESG企业评价指标体系、集团碳账户产品的整体产品规划与迭代路线图，将集团ESG战略目标转化为可落地的产品功能与数字化能力；
- 深度理解国内外ESG披露准则（如CSRD、ISSB、港交所新ESG守则、A股三大交易所可持续发展报告指引等），推动系统合规适配与前瞻布局。
- 企业可持续发展水平评估的指标数据采集、量化评分、企业ESG画像、评级结果可视化与应用场景拓展；协同研究团队优化评价方法论，确保评价体系的科学性、可解释性与行业适配性。
- 打通集团内外部碳排放数据采集、核算、核验、披露全链路；探索碳账户与绿色金融业务的联动场景（如绿色信贷、碳普惠、ESG挂钩产品），推动商业化落地。
- 挖掘AI大模型、NLP、知识图谱等技术在ESG评级、ESG信息披露、舆情监测、气候风险分析等场景的应用价值，输出产品需求并推动研发落地；
- 建立ESG数据质量管理体系，统筹内外部数据资源整合。 跨团队协同与项目管理
- 作为业务与研发之间的核心桥梁，与品牌部、ESG专家、数据科学家、研发工程师、各业务条线

### 管理产品需求全生命周期 任职资格 学历
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、环境科学、信息管理、计算机等相关专业优先； 经验：5年以上产品工作经验，其中3年以上ESG/绿色金融/可持续发展领域的产品或项目经验，有金融行业背景者优先； 熟悉主流ESG评级框架与披露标准（GRI、SASB/ISSB、TCFD、MSCI ESG、Wind ESG、商道融绿等），熟悉中国"双碳"政策与ESG监管趋势； 具备扎实的产品方法论，熟练使用Axure/Figma、XMind、SQL等工具，能独立输出高质量PRD； 熟悉数据类产品与AI应用的基本技术原理，能与算法、研发团队无障碍沟通。 加分项 有ESG评级系统、碳管理/碳账户平台、绿色金融系统等产品从0到1或规模化落地的实战经验； 了解GHG Protocol、ISO 14064等碳核算标准，或具备碳资产管理、绿证绿电相关知识； 有大型集团企业ESG数字化咨询或建设经验； 熟悉大模型（LLM）在ESG场景（如披露报告生成、智能评级辅助）的应用实践。
