## Job description

岗位职责
- 带领客户经理开拓市场、完成分行下达的贷款经营指标；
- 负责支行贷款业务营销计划制定，统筹协调支行授信业务，做好营销推进及营销人员管理；

### 合规管理
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历; 2、3年以上信贷业务经验或团队管理经验； 3、具备优秀的团队协作能力和市场开拓能力，较强的风险识别能力与问题解决能力； 4、无违法违纪行为，有良好的职业操守和合规意识。
