## Job description

### 岗位职责 1、服务能力建设

基于企业客户委托需求，梳理本机构服务建设地图；联合关联部门拓展服务网络、建立商家/商品/网点准入标准、推动完成前端上架；做好B端供应商管理和C端客户体验管理，包括商户线上品质管理和线下日常巡检，确保商家履约规范，提升客户体验 2、线上运营：客户线上迁移工具/玩法落地；承接线上客户活化并落地用户/活动/企微等运营工作，规划并落地线上保险加购相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学、护理、医药等相关专业优先；
- 有健康险赛道、医疗相关行业经验、健康类平台运营工作经验者优先；
- 较强的责任心、执行力及沟通表达能力。
