## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责稽核项目的现场组织和开展，完成分派的审计任务，协助控制稽核项目质量。
- 根据要求运用大数据分析工具如SQL，R语言等对数据进行清洗、汇总分析；与其他成员合作从模型开发、撰写脚本、数据库探数到完成项目验收的全流程模式开发工作。
- 撰写稽核方案（含制度学习和掌握、检查手段及抽样方法预订、IT数据清单设计等）
- 稽核报告的起草，稽核结果的归纳、分析与反馈
- 机构存在问题的成因分析及对策的研究
- 根据外部监管和信息披露要求，具体开展内部控制评价及其他专项检查及报告工作等
- 完成领导交办的其他工作 任职资格
- 全日制本科以上学历；
- IT、信息技术、统计、应用数学、金融、经济等相关专业毕业优先；
- 了解ACCESS、I2、R、SQL等数据分析运用工具基本操作技能，有大数据背景，IT专业背景或实习经验优先；
- 有较强的独立工作能力、沟通协调能力、文字表达能力，善于分析问题、解决问题；爱岗敬业，认同平安文化。
