## Job description

岗位职责

### 整理客户材料、了解辖区催收客户基本信息，包括
- 查询催收记录、客户征信信息以及客户涉诉信息等
- 按公司要求定期电话约访客户，获得更多客户信息
- 外访面谈逾期客户、跟踪还款情况，如面谈施压、督促签署还款承诺书等
- 对辖区内催收客户的抵押物进行勘察，如了解抵押物周边生活环境、入住率、房价走势、抵押物租住情况等
- 每日更新案件及客户信息，并反馈至机构催收管理岗
- 对高风险的逾期客户，调查潜在资产线索，及时向总部进行委外申请
- 落实执行公司各项政策和制度，防范各类风险 任职资格 1、全日制本科及以上学历，条件优秀者适当放宽至专科 2、1年以上相关工作经验（应届生除外）； 3、善于发现问题、解决问题，有一定的沟通协调能力，执行力强 4、Office办公软件熟悉
