## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 牵头医疗相关项目的财务尽职调查，识别关键风险（如现金流稳定性、隐性负债）
- 搭建财务模型分析标的盈利能力，输出尽调报告及投资建议
- 运用DCF、可比公司法等完成标的估值，协同投资部制定交易对价及支付方案。评估IRR、ROIC等核心指标，支持投资决策

### 负责核算和税务等财务日常工作，完善财务管理制度，负责组织编制财务月度、季度、年度报表及，为公司决策提供及时有效的财务分析，有效地监督检查财务制度、预算的执行情况，定期分析并提出改进建议 任职资格 任职要求
- 1、本科及以上，财务、金融、经济相关专业 2、5年以上财务分析或投资相关经验，有医疗行业（医院、药企、器械）背景者加分 3、具备核算、税务、管理会计全盘知识经验和交叉分析思维，CPA、IPO审计、投资尽调工作经历为加分项 4、有较强的数据敏感度，数据分析能力和逻辑性强，擅长excel高效操作，了解或使用过VB\BI\SQL\AI等数据处理工具、有数据分析经验为加分项 5、具备高度的责任心，较强的沟通协调能力、问题分析、解决问题的能力；能够挑战自己，有较好的抗压能力和逆商
