## Job description

岗位职责 1．协助政策性市场研究、制定业务经营方案 2．负责政策性的业务支持、推动工作，包括对三四级机构的业绩追踪、项目支持 3．负责政策解读、培训、营销方案、招投标支持等中台工作 4.

### 负责新产品研发、创新模式孵化推动和支持 任职资格 学历

本科及以上，双证齐全；专业不限
- 良好的沟通表达能力，市场敏感度高
- 拥有保险行业经验者优先
- 具有保险公司合作资源优先
- 良好的逻辑思维与分析能力，积极沟通、开放协作
