## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助完成数据收集、清洗和分析工作；
- 参与数据报告的编写和呈现；
- 支持团队完成数据分析任务；
- 协助高级分析师进行数据建模和预测；
- 优化数据处理流程，提高效率；
- 学习和应用新的数据分析技术和工具。 任职资格

### 数据产品运营推广，赋能生产经营
- 打通不同产品、承保理赔、线上化等底层数据，搭建客户标签体系，对客户分群画像、人货场分类研究，挖掘研究符合湖南市场的个性策略并落地；

### 科技能力应用推广
- 搭建AI等科技能力，推广总分公司科技产品的应用；

### 报表去手工
- 推动各条线去手工工作，搭建符合经营逻辑的指标体系；

### 前置库管理及底层数据治理
- 负责前置库权限管理、数据安全管理、操作培训等；治理基础数据，确保各系统数据真实有效；

### 机构数据人员管理
- 负责各条线数据人员能力培训，营造科技数据文化，提升整体科技数据能力
