## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开发和维护银行客户关系，推广保险产品并提供专业建议;
- 定期拜访客户，了解客户需求并协助其选择合适的保险产品;
- 收集市场信息，分析客户需求，优化销售策略以提升业绩;
- 协助制定银保业务的销售计划，并跟踪执行情况以确保目标达成;
- 协调内部资源，确保客户服务质量并提升客户满意度。 任职资格
- 具备至少1年的渠道销售经验，熟悉保险和银行理财产品的销售流程;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户关系管理能力，能够独立开发和维护银行客户;
- 具备保险或金融行业的相关知识，熟悉银保业务的操作流程;
- 具备较强的目标导向和团队合作能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境;
