## Job description

岗位职责 负责养老险综合开拓部个销养渠道业务达成
- 推动业务举措落地，督导所辖片区个销养业务计划及核心指标达成
- 负责所辖片区各项业务培训
- 负责追踪所辖片区业务进度、提供项目型客户的业务流程支持（包括陪访、方案拟定、招标等）
- 负责公司内部及渠道的协调
- 其他部门安排的工作 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，在金融、金融-保险行业，有1-3年个销产品经理工作经验， 2.担任现场销售、销售培训、渠道销售，
