## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助团队长达成团队的销售任务；
- 协助团队长所辖团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策的培训。
- 进行市场开拓，达成销售团队和个人任务；
- 维护客户关系，提升客户粘度；
- 防范业务风险，配合反洗钱等工作。 任职资格 1、本科以上学历，有3-5年相关岗位和行业工作经验，熟练掌握各种金融产品及相关业务 2、丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力；
