- 本机构营销主管生产线培训运作、培训流程规划及检视
- 本机构营销主管生产线运作绩效分析，对弱体指标提出改善建议及后续整改追踪
- 下属三级机构/营业区营销主管生产线培训的指导及推动 任职资格 1.正规院校本科以上学历，学士以上学位，985、211院校优先，师范、金融、保险或经济类专业毕业 2.有较强的沟通、计划能力、组织能力
