## Job description

岗位职责 负责运作云桌面、网盘等相关产品的日常维护和用户服务支持工作，提供相关解决方案，确保平台稳定性和可靠性。

### 负责产品平台的监控、故障排查与应急响应 负责用户体验优化和性能调优 参与产品架构设计和容量规划 制定和维护运维规范和流程 制定和维护产品相关运维手册 任职资格 教育背景

本科及以上学历，计算机、网络工程、信息安全等相关专业优先。

### 工作经验

3年以上VDI、服务器虚拟化产品的运维经验，了解云平台相关组件和服务，能独立处理用户故障和后端服务异常 专业能力：熟悉VMware Horizon、Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops、华为云桌面、中兴云桌面中至少一种产品，熟悉Windows系统操作和维护（Windows 10/11、Windows Server）， 熟悉AD域控、组策略、DHCP、DNS等基础服务，了解网络技术（VLAN、VPN、负载均衡）， 具备良好的问题排查和故障诊断能力，有一定的编程或者脚本编写能力。
