## Job description

岗位职责
- 对车险及意健险人伤案件进行查勘、未决案件追踪管理、受理咨询、调解协谈、撰写协谈报告等；
- 进行医疗理赔案件审核，出具审核清单；
- 完成人伤案件诉讼、仲裁工作；
- 进行人伤案件申诉申请、沟通等工作；
- 完成公司指定其他客户服务工作，提升公司服务口碑。
- 执行上级安排的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 医学相关专业、法学专业。本科以上学历；
- 有医疗工作、法律工作、保险公司人伤理赔工作从事经验尤佳；
- 具备较强的交通事故人伤专业能力、逻辑分析能力、沟通谈判能力；
- 有C1驾照，能吃苦耐劳，抗压能力较强。
