## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责团队招聘计划制定、分解与全流程管理工作
- 拓展维护招聘渠道，搭建销售人才储备库，满足公司阶段性招聘需求
- 分析招聘数据，优化招聘流程，制定销售岗位人才筛选标准
- 制作招聘宣传素材，传递公司项目与文化优势 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，1年以上招聘经验，有销售岗招聘经验优先；
- 熟悉招聘全流程，能应对销售岗紧急招聘需求
- 强烈的事业心，优秀的沟通表达能力、组织协调能力和思维分析能力，善于解决问题，具备快速学习能力
