## Job description

岗位职责
- 为渠道整体非车达成负责；
- 渠道非车经营策略制定；
- 渠道非车业务推动；
- 平台赋能推动；
- 非车培训组织；
- 产品政策协调。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济、市场营销、保险、电子商务专业优先；
- 乐观开朗，积极向上，思维活跃，具备良好的心理承受能力和团队协作精神；
- 具有较强的营销推动能力和良好的服务意识，具有良好的组织协调能力；
- 有数据统计基础，有较强的分析能力和逻辑思维能力；
- 有一年以及上保险工作经历优先；
- 有非车专业经验或销售推动经验优先。
