## Job description

岗位职责
- 传承俱乐部相关工作，传承私钻AUM、会员数、私钻客户数、M1私财率等指标推动；
- 总行传承会员权益推动执行；
- 分行会员权益体系搭建落实，会员沙龙、客户活动、大型客户论坛举办，会员培训、荣誉表彰等活动从策划执行；
- 大咖部门项目推动及活动举办，
- 高客经营方面工作，
- 保险金信托业务推动，
- 综金PB考核办法、队伍建设，“铁三角”“四脚凳”经营模式推动；
- 商机线索跟进落地追踪； 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历 2、有1-5年业务推动岗工作经验，具备一定的产品业务推动或渠道业务推动经验
