## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分行公私募、理财、贵金属等非保产品推动工作，制定阶段性推动策略，并完成总分行下达的营收目标；
- 强化队伍销售管理，从售前、售中、售后建立完整的非保产品销售管理流程，实现中收规模同步增长；
- 定期开展队伍培训，建立分行非保产品分层培训体系，全面提升队伍非保产品销售技能；
- 对接及协助处理出险房地产信托产品、其他基金及理财产品相关售后和客诉工作。 任职资格

### 经验
- 从事银行三年以上财富管理相关工作经验

### 专业能力
- 熟悉银行财富业务，市场敏感度高、营销能力强，辅导赋能能力强、持有基金从业资格证或CFP等理财专业证照者优先

### 素质要求
- 追求卓越，具有商业敏感性、沟通协调能力强，遵纪守法、纪律及合规意识强，当前非处罚期内，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
