## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责从事老年客户的日常咨询服务，一站式解决客户需求
- 协助配合客户，指导客户使用智能设备、提供匹配客户服务需求并与供应商沟通服务资源
- 了解养老/养生/健康相关知识，具有医疗相关学习经历或经验，向客户宣导健康理念
- 主动关怀客户，响应客户紧急需求，提供紧急救助
- 协助配合团队、公司，对当季的促销活动进行推荐，创造业务价值 任职资格
- 本科学历
- 护理学、康复治疗、养老护理等相关医学专业，至少1年以上医疗\客服工作经验
- 具有较强的责任心和服务意识、工作配合度高、具备较强的抗压能力，出色的沟通表达能力，有同理心服务意识强
- 有粤语方言技能，有手语技能/相关认证，持各类健康/养老/医疗相关证书优先
